Copyright Information Copyright laws exist to protect the rights of individuals who create original literary and artistic works. Copyright laws grant copyright owners the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute or perform their work. They may grant those rights to others, if they wish. ProPoint Media does not duplicate copyrighted material other than its own. When submitting photos it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a Release Waiver signed by the photographer wherever they see a copyright symbol (©), This will allow the customer to have the photograph: duplicated, restored, altered or copied. A copy of the photographers signed Release Waiver must be included when placing an order with ProPoint Media. ProPoint Media places a digital © watermark on every photo; this is necessary to  protect the owner of the photograph or image.

POLICIES  Photography Sessions   ProPoint Media takes every precaution to ensure all customers receive quality prints and enjoy a pleasurable experience. Any photo containing flaws, defects or imperfections resulting from human error will be replaced at no charge, however, ProPoint Media bears no liability for photo re-takes and/or reproduction of photos if finished photos show no visible flaws, defects or imperfections. In other words, simply not being satisfied with how your child or children are posed is not a basis for photo re-takes and reprocessing.  Furthermore, photo re-takes for these reasons will incur a $25 sitting fee in addition to original order fee; you have the option at any time to retain the original photos. ProPoint Media wants parents to feel involved with the process of how their child is photographed, therefore  it is recommended a parent or guardian be present at the photo session to personally pose your child or children.  It's also imperative that if you cannot attend the photo session that you allow  the photographer to use their discretion and/or the discretion of the assistant representing the organization being photographed when the issue of what pose is captured arises. For example: In the event of a sports photo session,  the responsible person(s) accompanying the child is responsible for any personal equipment or props he or she would like to have included in photo(s), i.e. their own baseball glove, bat, batting gloves, etc. You may request to preview photos at the time they are taken so you can grant approval of the pose, a smile or expression, etc.  Return Check Policy If a check payment is returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) you will have 10 days from the time you are contacted by your banking institution and/or ProPoint Media to make full restitution including a $20 service charge in addition to the bank's fee.  Failure to make full restitution within the 10 day limit will result in actions from a collection agency and/or the magisterial court system.    Furthermore, the only acceptable form of payment for future transactions with ProPoint Media Photography must be made with cash or money order after having a check returned for non-sufficient funds.  The use of a check for initial payment is your acknowledgement of this policy and its terms.   Refunds & Pricing on Photography Services ProPoint Media Photography does not offer refunds based solely from the standpoint that digital images can very easily be repaired or reproduced. Most of the images I produce require a great deal of time to design and are of superb quality, therefore I am confident you won't ask for a refund based solely on these characteristics.
